A. Premium Advertising Services
If you need to advertise frequently (like a real estate licensee), your paid subscription comes with a unique Pass Code that would allow you to post unlimited number of user editable classified ads on the system at no extra cost, until Dec 31, 2016.

B. Cash rewards from HOMESmarketing
CREDIT POINTS: It doesn't matter whether you need to advertise frequently or not, you'll receive 1 credit point for each occurrence of any of the following during the initial period ending Dec 31, 2010 (Note#):
(1) with each real estate for sale ad posted to the system by you
(2) with each new subscriber introduced to the Program by you
(3) with each real estate for sale ad posted to the system by those subscribers that were introduced to the Program by you
CASH REWARDS: Rewards based on the total credit points you've achieved will be paid throughout the years until Dec 31, 2016.

#Note: Register a brokerage to the Program under your name as a referring subscriber, and you'll receive credit points out of the performance of the brokerage and of all subscribers from the entire brokerage. Brokerage offices can join the Program for free.
