HOMESmarketing is an online advertising system and is in its "start-up" stage. We aim to promote our system throughout North America and our goal is to reach multi-million page views per month in three years.

As part of our promotional campaigns, the COLLEGE STUDENTS PROGRAM is designed to have participating college and university students help promote our quality advertising services, while they would have the opportunity of earning referral fee from us.

Ideally and in the basic, members of the Program would need only to "spread the word out" by introducing the URL of our ENTRY PAGE to people they know or in the geographic area they are familiar with:

The URL of the entry page shall carry a unique Member ID of the referring member and if an advertiser makes a purchase of our advertising services (at discount rate), a referral fee will be credited to the member's account.

The College Students Program will last until year end of 2016, so for many participating students this could mean an alternative income source for the whole term of their post secondary school studies.

Participants are absolutely not required to pay any fee to or make any purchase from us.

Terms and Conditions

1. PARTICIPATION:
   1. Participant must be a student in a college or university in Canada or in the United States and be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration, and be approved by the HOMESmarketing system ("HOMESmarketing").
   2. Participants wishing to join the Program shall submit the "Registration Form" via this page on the HOMESmarketing system where these Terms and Conditions are displayed.
   3. If approved and admitted to the Program, a participant will be issued a unique Member ID and becomes a Registered Member of the Program, and will then be entitled to the benefits as outlined herein.
2. INTRODUCTION BY MEMBERS:
   1. A Registered Member can introduce all qualified advertising services of HOMESmarketing to individuals or businesses along with his or her Member ID. If a purchase is made in association with the Member ID the advertiser will enjoy discount, while HOMESmarketing will pay referral fee to the Registered Member and other qualified member in accordance with the provisions contained herein.
   2. A Registered Member can introduce other qualified participants to the Program along with his or her Member ID. If a participant joins the Program (and is hereby called a "Newer Member") with the introduction associated with a valid Member ID, the Registered Member of that Member ID is then defined as the Lead Member of the Newer Member. A Registered Member can introduce as many qualified participants to the Program as possible and can be the Lead Member of an unlimited number of Newer Members.
3. ADVERTISER DISCOUNT: Advertisers who purchase certain specified advertising services ("qualified advertising services") with a valid Member ID will enjoy discount at rates posted when available. A valid Member ID must be quoted at the time the purchase is made - Submission of a Member ID at a later time will have no effect on the already concluded purchase.
4. REFERRAL FEES: If a purchase of any qualified advertising service is made in association with a valid Member ID, HOMESmarketing will pay referral fee in accordance with the following terms:
   1. For the purposes of this section, the Member who owns that Member ID with which the purchase is associated is called the Direct Referrer; and his or her Lead Member shall be called the Indirect Referrer.
   2. In each sale, the Direct Referrer is entitled to a referral fee of 10% of the amount paid by the advertiser (net of any discount and all applicable taxes collected in the sale).
   3. In each sale, the Indirect Referrer is entitled to a referral fee of 5% of the amount paid by the advertiser (net of any discount and all applicable taxes collected in the sale).
   4. Referral fees are payable only if a valid Member ID is quoted at the time a purchase is made. No referral fee will be paid on renewals of existing subscriptions of services.
   5. Referral fees under this Program will be paid half yearly. Recipients of referral fees must comply with all applicable taxation requirements of Canada and/or of the United States before such referral fees can be released by HOMESmarketing.
5. MODIFICATION AND INTERPRETATION:
   1. In the event of disputes HOMESmarketing shall have the final decisions on the interpretation of these Conditions and final decisions on situations or circumstances where these Conditions have not yet covered.
   2. Where deemed necessary these Terms and Conditions may be modified by HOMESmarketing and shall be posted on this website to take effect.
